The Tennis On-Line payment Policy

No goods will be shipped until all payment has been cleared in our bank account. This applies to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the Tennis On-Line Sales Team.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with Tennis On-Line, we provide and estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.

Express Australia Post

Express AU Posty normally provide same day or overnight delivery within the NSW when purchasing from Tennis On-Line. Please allow 2-3 days delivery for QLD, VIC, ACT, SA. Please allow 3-4 days for WA, NT and TAS. Tennis On-Line takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Australia Post. Tennis On-Line may change without notice Australia Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australia may inform us of.

Third Party Shipping

This option may be used when you the named party on the purchase order wish to use your own courier company to pickup your Tennis On-Line order. Please indicate and state in the comments section the Courier Company you will be using when you place your order and any other details we may need to prepare your order. A fee of $5.50 will still apply the cover Tennis On-Line’s cost to package and prepare your goods for shipping via your nominated courier company. Tennis On-Line takes no responsibility for lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with your preferred Courier Company.

Australia Post

The Tennis On-Line takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with Australia Post. Tennis On-Line may change without notice Australia Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australia Post may inform us of.

The Tennis On-Line Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by Tennis On-Line within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is not due to our error and we covered shipping cost, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. If a refund is due, it will be done in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any goods that have been opened. If you did not order the item or it was faulty on arrival and this is confirmed by our support department you will receive a full refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
